What You Can Do
Use CareerHelp to analyze job descriptions and receive career transition insights. Save analysis reports and export PDFs (Pro users).
What You Cannot Do
Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate bulk requests beyond fair use limits. Resell or commercially exploit AI-generated reports without permission.

Our Service
CareerHelp is an AI-driven platform that helps users understand job requirements and build actionable plans for cross-industry career transitions. Our service includes:
1 daily basic analysis for anonymous users
3 daily basic analyses after login (via Google/GitHub/email)
$9.9/year for unlimited advanced analysis, full reports, PDF export, and historical access
Generated using third-party models (Anthropic Claude/GPT/GLM), trained on public career data
Your Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
- • Use the service for personal career development, education, or job search
- • Provide accurate and truthful background information when optional fields are used
- • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access
Prohibited Activities
- • Attempting to bypass usage limits via multiple accounts or bots
- • Uploading malicious, confidential, or third-party proprietary job descriptions
- • Using generated content to misrepresent qualifications in job applications
Intellectual Property
AI-Generated Reports
You may use analysis reports for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reports are not legal or professional advice.
Platform Ownership
All code, design, algorithms, branding, and infrastructure of CareerHelp are our exclusive property.
Third-Party Models
AI outputs rely on external providers (Anthropic Claude/GPT/GLM). We are not responsible for their model behavior.
Service Availability & Disclaimers

AI Limitations

Downtime
We strive for 99% uptime but may suspend service for maintenance, security, or force majeure events.
Payments & Subscriptions
Pricing
Pro membership costs $9.9 per year, billed annually via Creem.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime in your account settings. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Creem handles refunds per its policy.
