A. Personal Information You Provide
We collect the following when you voluntarily provide it:

- •Job Descriptions: Text or URLs of job postings you submit for AI analysis.
- •Optional Inputs: Career goals, industry preferences, or self-assessed skill levels.
- •Payment Details: Processed securely via Creem. We do not store your full credit card number.
Note: If you are not logged in, job descriptions you analyze are not linked to your identity and are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
B. Automatically Collected Data
When you visit our site, we may automatically collect:
- •Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, and screen resolution.
- •Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and error reports.
- •Cookies and Similar Technologies: Used to remember preferences and improve functionality.

Important: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your job descriptions with advertisers. We do not process sensitive personal data (such as race, health, or political views) unless you voluntarily provide it for a specific purpose.
Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Trusted partners like Creem (payments), Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting), and Google Analytics (anonymous analytics) help us operate CareerHelp. They act as data processors under strict confidentiality and security agreements compliant with GDPR Article 28.
If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user data may be transferred with continued privacy protections.
Only when you explicitly agree.
CCPA/CPRA Notice: Under CCPA/CPRA, we do not "sell" your personal information (as defined in California Civil Code §1798.140(ad)). We also do not "share" your data for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined in CPRA §1798.140(ah)). Therefore, no "Do Not Sell or Share" link is technically required, but we honor all opt-out requests sent to privacy@careerhelp.top.

CalOPPA Notice: We do not respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals from browsers. This is because there is no standardized industry response to DNT, and our analytics are non-identifiable and used solely to improve our service.

Account Deletion: When you delete your account, we remove your profile, saved analyses, and email address. Anonymous usage logs may be retained for up to 24 months for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
International Data Transfers (GDPR)
CareerHelp is operated from China. If you are in the EU or EEA, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. We ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, encryption, and secure hosting providers (AWS/Vercel) with GDPR-compliant data handling practices.
Data Security
We implement strong security measures, including:

- • Regular security audits and vulnerability testing
- • Strict internal access controls based on the principle of least privilege
Children's Privacy
